[uf-discuss] Need a figure markup

I talked to Andy about this and he does think that having such
information available to JavaScript at least would be very
interesting. The question is whether FXIF does this, making the data
available to just the browser or to the current page as well.

In any case, it does seem like this would be a useful feature for
browsers to start supporting.
