Ok, I'll start this off then.

I've researched the behavior of Apple Address Book / MacOSX.3 on "company"
contact info and added my results to the issue on the issues list:

 http://microformats.org/wiki/hcard-issues

The good news is that setting fn and org to the same value appears to work
as desired with Apple Address Book - the vCard is considered a "company"
contact.

I encourage folks with other vCard supporting applications and devices that
support the notion of a "company" contact to please document their
export/import analysis results as well.
