Precisely.  And in this regard we (microformats) followed the precedent of
(i.e. reused the methodology of) iCalendar RFC2445, which, despite being
named "iCalendar", reused the name of the root object VCALENDAR from the
previous Versit proposed standard instead of renaming it to ICALENDAR.
