Ok, I got your msgs.  Call me weird, but if I "reply" to any messages  
from the list, they never make the list.  I replied to Chris' WP  
hCard plugin about 10 seconds after it appeared, and it has never  
made it into my inbox, nor on the site archives.

However, when I create a new mail and send it, it works perfectly and  
gets posted pretty much immediately.  Very strange indeed.
