Hello Evan, last week I had a conversation with several of the Guys
behind SemaWiki. They have written code for the MediaWiki that allows
you to include RDF Triples into the Wiki formatting.

Their presentations are all online:

As for the preferred way to embed RDF into HTML, please see the W3C note
on GRDDL

Great to hear that WikiTravel is considering using Microformats. If you
have any specific technical issues, please feel free to bring them up on
the MF-Dev List.
