It occurs to me that this would also allow a form of aliasing.
Suppose:
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Redstart>
has:
<body id="BLARE"> ("BLARE" is the BTO code for the species)
and the taxo(nomy) box has:
<div id="Phoenicurus_ochruros">
The one page could then be used for three tags:
<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Redstart"
rel="tag">Black Redstart</a>
<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Redstart#BLARE"
rel="tag">BLARE</a>
<a
href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Redstart#Phoenicurus_och
ruros" rel="tag">Phoenicurus ochruros</a>
