APP is becoming a fairly standard protocol for publishing blog content
and is starting to be used by people like Google and SixApart to
publish and manage other types of data. They're using namespaced XML,
but I'm interested in seeing if microformats can be applied to this.

So I'm working on a simple, extensible atom store and then want to
hack in APP backends for bookmarking, photo sharing, etc in Flock.
