A link relation applies to the relationship between the linking page and
the linked page. The fact that a wiki page hasn't been created yet is
just a fact about that page, and AFAICT doesn't have anything to do with
the page linking to it. So the use of @rel would be inappropriate --
@class would be a better choice.
