Coincidentally, Keith Alexander's been experimenting [1] in the same
domain using an eRDF (i.e. upper-case Semantic HTML) representation of
the IBIS (Issue-Based Information Systems) RDF vocabulary (one I put
together a while ago - still in need of tidying up...), it certainly
seems doable. Anyhow there are a load of links on the page at [2] you
may find useful for modelling arguments etc. Of note is the Compendium
tool [3] which provides a graphic view of discussion.
