It seems that the issue that Andy has, Martin, is that if someone were
to do that, the hAudio specification says that it's okay to assume that
the first contributor is the primary artist. In this particular case, it
would be wrong to do so because both Simon AND Garfunkel are each the
primary artist.

It might be best if we delete that entire bullet point. Would that
resolve your issue, Andy?

Proposal for resolving hAudio Issue D1:

REMOVE:

* If multiple contributors are specified, without |role|
  specifications, it /MAY/ be assumed that the first role mentioned
  is the primary artist or creator.

That would leave it up to the application authors to make assumptions if
they want to... we really shouldn't be making any assumptions in the
specification that are not 100% positive.
