	The web is an amalgamation of multimedia. Text, audio, video and images dominate most of what we interact with on a daily basis. This has been the case for almost sixteen years now (2007). Similarly, the concept of a Semantic Web has been around for almost 8 years. Computers were supposed to be smarter than they are now... so, what's the hold up?
