A draft proposal using an extensible HTML format for creating/storing/sharing project TASKS. The vision would be to have MS Outlook, Mac Mail, and/or any other client app adopt this common, open standard for creating ToDos/Tasks; opening it up for use in home-grown clients, widgets and applications.
