"Last modified" and "published" examples

Many web pages display the date of the last modification and/or the date of their publication. This datetimes could be made machine-readable using datetime-design-pattern.

The purpose of this wiki page is to collect real-world examples of web pages which display the date of their last modification and how this is done, towards the development of a last-modified microformat.
