XFN advocacy

Part of the larger microformats advocacy and social-network-portability efforts. Adding XFN to these sites would improve their usability and ambient findability. Keep in mind hcard-advocacy for these sites as well.

See hcard-xfn-supporting-friends-lists for some good examples in the wild of sites that support XFN.

identity links

These sites have identity links, but no rel="me"

genealogy

Pending a full-blown genealogy microformat, sites can be encouraged to use the existing XFN rel values for family members: "parent", "child", "sibling", "spouse" (with, of course, hCard). So could genealogy tools which generate family-tree web pages.
