So long as it's clearly documented (perhaps as "MUST" rather than
"should"?), I would support that, so: +1

It could also aid the current "fn + [place] optimisation" proposal:

	fn = Adrian Boult Hall
	extended-address = Adrian Boult Hall, second floor
