Isn't such a break with convention explicitly an anti-goal of  
microformats?  I hope marking up job listings in a standard format  
will lead to better tools for job seekers, but to whatever extent  
descriptions of desired jobs and descriptions of existing jobs  
differ, I think we should be focused on what people are currently  
publishing on the web, which I expect is almost entirely descriptions  
of /existing and available/ jobs.  If I'm missing descriptions of  
desired jobs on the current web, I hope someone will add appropriate  
examples to the wiki, but we shouldn't be building a microformat  
around hypothetical publishing.
