Hi,

I've written about my experience with dates and datetimes whilst
writing the hCalendar parser

There are two recommendations
- the wording on how timezones are handled needs to be changed; and
- the way datetimes are handled could be changed, but unfortunately it
would affect hCard.

I wanted to see what the community felt about this issue and if we can
get consenus roll the changes into the specs.
