It actually is working now (maybe it wasn't before) with our  
deployment of X2V:

We're using a built-in version of tidy, rather than the w3c service.  
Brian, perhaps we need to compare notes on how tidy's behaving here.

Either way, feel free to use our service for this. (and send me bug  
reports :D)
