It occurs to me that this would also allow a form of aliasing.

Suppose:

        <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Redstart>

has:

        <body id="BLARE"> ("BLARE" is the BTO code for the species)

and the taxo(nomy) box has:

        <div id="Phoenicurus_ochruros">

The one page could then be used for three tags:

        <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Redstart"
        rel="tag">Black Redstart</a>

        <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Redstart#BLARE"
        rel="tag">BLARE</a>

        <a
        href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Redstart#Phoenicurus_och
        ruros" rel="tag">Phoenicurus ochruros</a>
