Obviously you can use a blog editor like MarsEdit hooked into a theme
like Sandbox or K2, but I'm guessing that mean one off uses or
non-blog contexts (or else you might just edit your Bloxsom theme?)?

Anyway, it's a pretty good idea regardless ... especially for
podcasting and the like.
