[uf-discuss] Fragment identifiers and XFN

A question came up about fragment identifiers on the OpenID list and I
was wondering what effect, if any, the presence of a fragment
identifier has on an identity URL in XFN.

For example, are these equivalent as far as XFN is concerned:

<a href=http://tantek.com rel=contact>Tantek</a>

And

<A href=http://tantek.com#hcard rel=contact>Tantek</a>

If I'm missing prior art, just point me to a link. Thanks!
