I got the same questions at an ISP I work for when I showed them Operator
and Tails in Firefox. 

Some more tools for IE might also help convince more people of the
advantages of using microformats on their websites.

I remember seeing some posts about "Live Clipboard" about a year ago and it
looked interesting.
