I appreciate you being proactive here, but can you please move your
proposal to hcalendar-brainstorming [1]? The description of that page
says "This page is for trying out and documenting ways of using
hCalendar which may involve more details than currently in the
specification," which sounds like exactly what you're doing. We're
intentionally trying to minimize use of User: pages to emphasize
community rather than personal projects. To that end, the how-to-play
guidelines [2] say 'Do not create new "User:" links by hand.' I hate
to create more work for you, and I doubt this was your intention, but
I really think User: pages are uninviting to the wider participation
we need to be encouraging.
