There's also http://sindice.com, which indexes microformats, RDFa and  
RDF/XML.

You can search for "format:XFN", "format:HCARD", format:MICROFORMAT"  
and look at the result count to get a feel for the number of pages in  
the index. Obviously, Sindice knows about a much smaller part of the  
Web than the numbers you quoted above.
