[uf-discuss] hRecipe -brainstorming and issues refactoring

Hi,

following Tantek's advice on how to garner more interest for my recent
submissions to hRecipe I created a seperate issues page and made some
changes to brainstorming - most of them rather cosmetic, but you better
check. 

I also added most of the suggestions and comments that I had posted on this
list last week and on which feedback would still be very welcome!
