[uf-new] Songbird/POTI requirements for hAudio

We've been having a lively discussion with the folks at Songbird about
implementing hAudio:

They have the following issues with Microformats/hAudio:

- They don't think that publishers are going to want to visibly publish
  as much data as Songbird needs to display via its UI. They would like
  Microformats to reconsider its "no hidden data" policy.
- Ideally, they want ID3v2.3 for the web.
- The bare minimum requirement is that hAudio/hAlbum supports all
ID3v1.1 tags.

Here is the current status of hAudio meeting Songbird's minimum
requirements:

Song Title         : audio-title (hAudio)
Artist             : contributor (hAudio/hAlbum)
Album              : album-title (PROPOSED in hAlbum)
Year               : published (hAudio/hAlbum)
Comment            : summary (PROPOSED in hAudio/hAlbum)
Genre              : category
Album Track        : track-number (FUTURE PROPOSAL for hAudio/hAlbum)

If we can't deliver on that as a community - they won't have much
interest in implementing Microformats in Songbird.
