I've created templates to deliver the RFC 2119 keywords in the 
recommended markup, and listed them at the above page, although the 
title attributes seemed to cause problems with the Wiki markup, so I've 
hyphenated-them-like-this as a work around.

If someone can add the necessary styling to the Wiki's CSS, then the 
in-line styles can be removed.
