Sort of.  I think that depends what you mean by "haudio."   
class="haudio" classifies something as an audio recording and more  
specific subproperties of such an element identify more specific  
aspects of audio recordings, e.g. class="duration", class="fn",  
class="album", rel="payment", etc.

But "hAudio" is also a convenient way to refer to the whole collection  
of those properties ("the hAudio proposal"), in which case the  
specificity of what it's "about" is entirely dependent on which of  
those properties are in use.  For example, hAudio including  
class="duration" around "04:45" is specifically about audio that is 4  
minutes and 45 seconds long.  And hAudio including class="fn album" is  
specifically about audio with the same formatted name as an album (and  
thus itself an album).  So it may be confusing two different issues to  
say "hAudio" is about "nothing specific" just as it was apparently  
confusing to talk about "tracks" in both the colloquial and  
microformat sense without specifying the difference.
