If I understand your suggestion correctly, what is currently missing is 
the margin of error.
The need for microformatting margins of error hasn't surfaced before 
your post, I believe. It would be useful as a first step to collect some 
samples from the Web and post them in the examples section to justify to 
the community that there is such a need.
