rel="enclosure" is reused from Atom:

"enclosure: a related resource which is potentially large in size and
might require special handling, for example an audio or video recording"

It doesn't say anything about the caching the file (although in a later
conversation I suggested as such) just that it may be "large" and it
requires "special handling"

Seems Appropriate!
