This suggests that the CAPTION that was mentioned in
http://microformats.org/wiki/figure-examples is no longer needed. I
think in this case it would be appropriate to suggest that subject,
credit, tags, license *should* be a child of LEGEND. Hence:
* figure
** image
** legend
*** credit
*** subject
