Is position needed to sequence items, or to signify their position of
the track on the original album.
If the former, then surely order in the source code (in a list, table or
whatever) should suffice.
If the latter then what's the use case, and which examples support it?
Where are the examples of tracks listed out of sequence, in the source
code, but with a sequence indicated in content??

I think that providing an alternative to OL in that manner, not to
mention encouraging people to use it by having it as an example in the
spec, is no better then "p class="heading">
