+1 to your "htitle" proposal, Martin. I believe it is superior to all of
the other proposals related to solving this problem, for the following
reasons:

- It can be re-used across all Microformats requiring a property to
  mark up future title information (hVideo, hBook, etc.).
- It doesn't use a pseudo-namespace, like "audio-title" does.
