If I understand your intent correctly, I don't particularly see a need
for a format to do this at this time.

I think the aggregation part should be solved at the parser level.
i.e., parser takes a document marked with hReview and provides an RSS
or Atom feed that can be subscribed to.

Alternatively, you might want to look into http://microformats.org/wiki/hAtom
