I am currently just playing around with microformats. I have made a REST <-> SQL interface called MyRestSql that outputs XHTML fragments, in microformats where applicable, and I am also working on a PHP template/widget thing that will spit out microformats.
MyRestSql is at http://bunny.jonnay.net/projects/Meditation/examples/MyRestSql/table.php and uses xoxo, plus a potential microformat that is tentatively named hSql. I'll be expanding on this at some point in the undetermined future, one I can find more examples in the wild.
