I have been curious about that for a while. I don't have
1st-hand experience with it yet, but I hope to.

I have seen some really good trac sites that make
good use of the integrated SCM, wiki, milestone planning, etc.

But I think the Trac wiki feature will be tricky to manage
along side the existing microformats wiki.

I can recommend roundup almost without reservation.
We're using it in the tabulator project.

A student set it up in a few days. It's sufficiently
easy-to-use that we could keep it up-to-date as
we were discussing bugs and features; we didn't
have to scribble down notes and update the bug system
later.

I miss having integrated SCM and wiki now and again,
but not that often. See some discussion of trac
vs roundup in...
