I just joined this morning after seeing Mark's Greasemonkey/Atom post  
on del.icio.us/popular.  I have a background in scraping sites for  
useful data.  A while back I did this with job search sites to  
produce syndication feeds of results.  Recently I made an OSX  
dashboard widget to scrape and graph numbers from websites:

And I scrape together a feed of pretty much any site I view regularly  
that doesn't have one.  I'm generally interested in making existing  
data more useful, and microformats seems like one good way to do this.
