How about class="extended-address"?

vCard has no such categories, so there's currently no way to say this  
in hcard.

I don't know the phone system of AU or NZ, so I'm not sure what the  
constraints are. In the US, I've found that giving area codes but  
leaving off the '+1' is usually good enough.
