Tags let you keep things very open-ended for lots of things specific
to your application.

Another great site which could use some Microformats goodness and ties
nicely into this discussion is the BBC Open catalogue.

Much of the information there is invaluable and can easily be
marked-up with Microformats. When you are considering what to
add/encode in your Broadcast listings, you SHOULD be able to encode
enough information to replicate the Open Catalogue using only your
flat HTML files.
