One of the key points to microformats is not re-inventing the wheel.
This is a link to an XML implementation of a resume/cv, it is well
thought through, so it would be a good place to get more information for
class="" values.

I like this:
<ul class="xoxo skills">
but then there are nested lists under that. I think that each of those
should also have some sort of <... class="skill">languages</...> values.
