Thanks for the plug Tim. I'm just using experimenting with openurl KEV
pairs with the structured blogging plugin. Books [1] uses btitle, and
journals [2] use jtitle and atitle (for journal title and article
title respectively).

At some point, once it's clear how to move forward on the wiki I'll
add some more examples at microformats.org.
