[uf-discuss] Advocacy & "spread" pages: merge?

As Tantek said, they are different in purpose -- as one stands to
offer resources for pushing microformats out across the web through
individual efforts (spread) while the other is more about concerted
efforts to be undertaken as a group or collectively.

They're clearly related, but I agree with Tantek that they ought stay separated.
