[uf-new] hAudio draft specification released into public domain / media-info concerns

We just received the last signature required to release the hAudio draft
specification into the public domain. Woo! The brainstorming page has
been released into the public domain as well.

If you haven't done so already, please read about voluntarily releasing
your Microformats contributions (e-mail posts, wiki contributions, etc.)
into the public domain:

Since hAudio started from the media-info page, releasing the examples
and formats are a bit more complicated. Here are the people that need to
add the license to their profile in order to allow us to release the
hAudio examples and formats into the public domain:
