Well, writing a pre-draft is probably itself jumping the gun, but not at all uncommon.  The process is kind of an ideal of how things should work, but it's pretty common for something to come to microformats.org partially-done already.  Any reason we shouldn't start talking about what you're actually working on, rather than talking about how to talk about it?
