[uf-rest] New AHAH page on uf-rest wiki

After the umpteenth time of trying to explain it, I finally posted a  
definitive (?) description of AHAH on the wiki:

This is perhaps the easiest piece of the puzzle to explain to  
outsiders, so I'd appreciate help in making it i) accurate, and ii)  
friendly.
